For the solo exhibition, Tercity 2007, I created a property
development company set in a post globalwarming
future. Tercity provided its clients a share in
the future of architectural development with a bold
urban development plan that allowed for the purchase
of property on top of existing architecture; bypassing
land use disputes and adopting to the new environments
cause by rising sea levels. The project utilizes
networked media in the form of a downloadable
three-dimensional model of the proposed project as
well as an informative website where prospective
clients can learn about cutting edge technologies and
invest in properties. On-site, prospective clients interacted
with several information stations and could
schedule an appointment with a lifestyle consultant.
Using the latest technology in fingerprint analysis, the
clients were categorized into one of 13 types and
matched with the corresponding Lifestyle Condo.
