The garment is a design for a uniform of the Army of Lovers, a speculative resistance movement. The pattern uses photographs taken from the landscape on decommissioned military bases outside San Francisco and is designed.to camouflage against Digital Urban Camouflage Patterns used by the US military. The Digital Urban Camouflage patterns and colors are selected to blend into the landscape of the city and are used exclusively in urban combat.
